History

IBS CoTalent's sister company, Interactive Business Systems, Inc. (IBS), recognized the growing trend to vendor-managed recruiting several years ago and, in response, created a business unit to better serve its VMS clients. Global capabilities were added, and earlier this year IBS CoTalent was formed as a separate company.


IBS CoTalent continues the traditions of outstanding service to its clients and recruiting the industry's top talent - traditions that have kept IBS an industry leader for over 25 years.


Our experienced leadership team knows that recruitment goes beyond the transactional staffing approaches most companies employ today. It requires a solid plan that incorporates sourcing, research, referrals, and an intimate knowledge of the company's culture and job environment. It has been our experience that just matching skill-sets doesn't work.
